BEACH HOUSE

A second home for a family residing in Mumbai is designed to have zen like, artistic, illusionary and tranquil spaces. The client bought the land organically to go closer to the beach. Adjoining the beach, the cluster of four structures have been programmed differently as per the energy of the activities within.

The estate is zoned into a tropical and coastal landscape. The lush green foliage and a connecting water body on the inward side  welcomes visitors with transpiration cooling. The main house is the tallest structure on the plot with a pool on the terrace which enjoys the sea view. Next to the main house, is the entertainment unit which has a coconut tree cutting through the roof.
